About the urgent service
What counts as 'same-day'?
Anything you book before 5 PM we can cover today, subject to availability. After that we review case by case.
What if I need it RIGHT NOW, under 1 hour?
Tell us. If a van is free nearby we can dispatch almost instantly with a fast-dispatch surcharge agreed by WhatsApp.
Do you cover outside Barcelona?
The pack price covers Barcelona and the first ring. For other metro-area towns we agree the exact surcharge before dispatch.
What if I go from 20 items to 22?
We don't penalise you for 2 extra items. We apply the closest pack and only move up to the next tier if you clearly exceed the range — at the price you already know.
